Ms. Weimann is an associate in charge of the trademark department and has over fifteen years of trademark experience. Her practice focuses on the acquisition and protection of Spanish, European Community and international trademarks and the provision of strategic trademark advice. She renders opinions on the clearance of trademarks and handles transactions involving the transfer and licensing of trademarks and patents. Ms. Weimann is a Spanish Attorney at Law, a Spanish Patent and Trademark Attorney, a European Community Trademark and Design Attorney and Member of the Madrid Bar Association.

Before she joined ABG Patentes, Ms. Weimann worked at Spanish IP firms Vicario Consulting (2002-05), Herrero & Asociados (1996-2002) and Gil-Vega (1995-1996).

Ms. Weimann is a native speaker of Spanish and German and is fluent in English and French.
