ABG Patentes, s.l. was founded in Madrid in 2003 by three experienced Spanish patent attorneys and now boasts more than fifty expert staff in its Madrid and Barcelona offices.

ABG’s staff combine legal expertise—among them are former EPO examiners, qualified European Patent Attorneys, Spanish Industrial Property Agents and Attorneys-at-Law, and Community Trademark & Design Attorneys—and in-depth technical knowledge—more than twenty hold advanced degrees in science and engineering and many have worked in industrial and academic research establishments.
